Join Cassidy Glad, Dr. Abby Beedle & Maddie Ellingson for a transformational 32-hour Barre Teacher Training! You will learn all of the skills and tools to teach your own barre classes by the end of training. The entire training takes place at Pulse Barre + Fitness in St. Louis Park, MN.

The dates of the weekend training are October 9th-12th. This will be an intensive weekend which means long hours! We will also meet one night a week for 2 consecutive weeks (October 15th & October 22nd). Your final class and test out with your fellow trainees will be on Friday October 23rd.

There are roughly 26 in person hours and the rest will be on your own time in the form of class observations, taking classes as a student, journal reflections, etc. By the end of the training, you will be a certified Barre instructor & will receive your certification.

Who is this Training for?

Truly anyone who has the urge or desire in their heart to grow, challenge themselves, and learn more about barre. You do not need to be an expert or take X amount of classes before diving into a training, but we do recommend taking at least a handful of barre classes to make sure it will be a good fit!

Meet your instructors

Cassidy Glad

As a dancer my entire life, my passion for movement started early on. Once my dance career ended, I found a barre class and it was love at first pulse. 7 months later, I became barre certified and never looked back. It is my greatest joy to bring you this space and lead you through empowering movement that makes you feel alive. My goal is for everyone I work with to find that same joy & love and some type of movement that ignites their spirit.
