The Studio

  • 1645 Park Place Blvd, St. Louis Park, MN 55416.

    We are located within The Shops at West End. There is free underground parking below the shopping center, as well as an additional parking ramp to the east of our space. We have LOTS of free parking! Just make sure you allow yourself plenty of time to park and walk over to the space.

  • There is FREE underground parking below the shopping center, as well as an additional FREE parking ramp to the east of our space. You can also park along Park Place Blvd, though this is metered parking.

    We have LOTS of free parking around us, just make sure you allow yourself plenty of time to park and walk over to the space. Doors lock at the class start time.

  • We do not! We have 1 restroom and a changing space (perfect for those coming from work who need a quick change!). If you can try to change ahead of time to reduce any wait times, that would be best!

  • SOME are! Not all. Classes that are heated will be noted on the schedule so you are aware of that before heading to class.

Class Flow

  • Please bring your yoga mat, a water bottle, sweat towel, and your beautiful self to every class!

    No grip socks or shoes are required. Though, we do sell cute grip socks at the studio :)

  • Once our schedule is up and running, you will head to that via the Momence app or under schedule on the website. You can then find the class day and time that works best for you! You'll have to create an account on your first time but then it will remember you! Be sure to check out our intro offers for your first time in the studio Buy 1 Class Get 1 Free for $30 and a 2 week unlimited for $69.

    We always recommend downloading the “Momence” app. That makes it very smooth to schedule, cancel, and manage all of your classes.

  • The doors will open 15 minutes prior to class start time. New folks are encouraged to arrive 10-15 minutes early so you can park, find the space, meet your instructor, and get set up. If you are running late, please let us know. You can message us via the Momence app.

    If it is beyond 3 minutes late, we unfortunately will not be able to let you in as it becomes a safety hazard and HUGE distraction to the class and instructor. If the class you are running late to is waitlisted, you forfeit your spot for class by not being there by class start time. Someone else may have showed up who was on the waitlist and your spot could be given to them.

  • We try to avoid this as we may not have a spot available for you and we can also streamline this process. Please view the class schedule ahead of time to book your class. If you are a first-time guest, you will need to sign the waiver and pay for class as well. It makes it much smoother if all of these steps are accomplished PRIOR to coming into the studio.

  • Barre is a rhythmic, beat-based dynamic class that targets your small, stabilizing muscle groups. This full body, low impact class packs a punch with lots of pulsing, isometric holds, repetitions, and slower movements. You’ll find a big emphasis on posture, core, and glutes in barre. No dance experience is required at all! All levels are welcome, as options are always offered up to make this class accessible for you.

Membership

  • All membership questions can be directed to admin@pulsebarrempls.com.

    We have no contracts, but only require a 3-month minimum commitment when signing up for your memberships. After that, you are able to cancel whenever at least 10 days PRIOR to your billing date. 

    If you need to pause your membership, we allow memberships to be paused up to 2 times a year, for up to 3 months. This must be set up PRIOR to your billing date. No refunds or transfers. You must be pausing for a minimum of 30 days.

  • Yes! We offer an $89/month student membership. Please email admin@pulsebarrempls.com with a photo of your VALID student ID. Once you graduate or are no longer a student, you no longer qualify for this membership. 

    You are then able to come to class up to 8 times a month on this discounted membership. It resets each month, credits do not roll over.

Everyone is Welcome

  • NO! These classes are for ALL! We always offer up modifications and options to make you feel empowered and successful. 

  • 100000% YES! Options and modifications are available in every single class! You can always chat with your instructor beforehand if you have specific concerns, questions, or injuries you would like them to know about. 

  • WELCOME! Yes, definitely! Provided that you have been cleared by your physician to take class, you are welcome to take any class. Please connect with your instructor before class starts to discuss any modifications you may need to take for class. We would also recommend steering clear of extra heated classes. These would be noted on the schedule, but you can always clarify with us beforehand too!
